    Naine is new to the kitchen. so she will take tym to learn the art of cooking...ur recipes are welcome here... Naine will test every recipe.

    goooooooD.......aaj hum Naine ko egg Boil karna Sikhayn gy...
    Ingredients: An egg, half tea spoon Salt
    First of all take a pan. put 2 glasses of water, one egg and half tea spoon of salt in it. boil it for ten minutes.
    And then take out the egg, peal it off. and serve it to me...........lol

    Chick Qurma

    Large chick___ 1 no
    (adrak ki ganth)Ginger clove___ 1 no
    Onion___ 2 nos
    (loong)Clove___ 3 nos
    Red pepper___ 1 small spoon
    (garam masala)Seacsoning___ 1 small spoon
    Green chili___ 2 0r 3 no
    (hara dhaniya)Green coriander___ 1 bundle
    Salt___ to taste
    (dahi)Yoghurt___ 125 grams
    (loong)Cloves___ 3 no
    (haldi)Turmeric___ 1 small spoon
    (pisa hua zeera)Crushed cumin seed___ 1 small spoon
    Large raisin___ 12 grains
    (zeera pisa hua bhuna hua)Cumin seed crushed and roasted___ half large spoon
    Ghee___ to taste

    Cut the onion and green chili into the fine julian slices. Clean the chick and
    cut into pmtimal pieces, fry the ghee and add yoghurt and crushed apices and then
    add the pieces of chick and fry them untill they becomes red. After than that pour
    seasoning, cumin seed, turmeric, salt, both chilies and water into the boiler.
    Keep the flame low. When the gravy is ready prepare dense or viscos soup of it
    and take it out then.

    Hmmm nice addtion Waise kaha jata hain khane se dil ko rah hoti hai...
    Students jo mostly ghar se door hote hain specially in China mein siwae chand areas ke
    Pakistani food miss karte hain.Waise un students ka cooking experience bhi alag hota hai jin
    mein se main eik hoon.
    Doctor ke sath sath cook ki degree bhi free mein mil jati hai...
