salam! but i beleive most of people are sincere just by cricisation, not by deeds. they just want to talk not want to do any practical work. i beleive if you are sincere you should start from urself. you will find it will take time but there will come many of the people who will follow you. for example the politicians are corrupt, then start from ur vote. if u think every body is corrupt than come on the fire line to be on front . if you fear no one will follow u. no prblem, prove to be their leader by helping them in very simple and ordinary works they need to do. you will looose many times. it might happen that you will looose all the time. but no problem. you are not to win. you are not in race. you are for change. after u there will come many. at least some one will win. plant this small tree whose shadow is not ur fate. sacrifice first than you will see a change. a change starts slowly. in a jurk u can't be on top. so step ur first foot.
