budget for the year 2010-11 has been announced, bt once again the proposal of university and medical college has been neglected!

bhai koi bat nahi educational instituts ka kya hai wo to kabhi bhi ban jaenge..........or phir zaroorat hi kya hai bananay ki............hamaray becharay ministers k bachay bhookay mar rahe hain jis ki waja se unhoon ne apni fee barhanay ki darkhast dii hai ... pwhlay un k ghar k akhrajat to nikal aaen is budget se phir next sochenge............
