Maybe he heared this news by somebody who lives in a far Village...
It seemed to be a mirch masala thats y he has posted it....
But really thats amazing...
In villages such type of happening are oftenly seen....

Actually to tell you the truth, it is not so uncommon. In overseas countries when someone is getting married to someone back home the nikah would be done over the phone. They stopped this process a few years back.

The whole idea is that person from overseas doesnt have to travel once for marriage and once to get thier husband/wife.
